Key Responsibilities
Develop and adapt authentic Vietnamese food products for the Canadian market
Lead sourcing and supplier management in Canada and Vietnam
Build efficient procurement strategies balancing quality, cost, and scalability
Oversee branding, packaging, and product presentation with cultural and sustainability focus
Ensure compliance with CFIA and Canadian food safety regulations
Collaborate across kitchen, marketing, and operations teams on product launches
Track market trends and supply chain risks
Requirements
5+ years in brand, product development, or F&B strategy
Strong expertise in Vietnamese cuisine and sourcing
Experience in international procurement and supplier negotiation
Knowledge of CFIA and Canadian compliance standards
Proven leadership and project management skills

Key Responsibilities
Develop seasonal à la carte and banquet menus featuring authentic Vietnamese dishes
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency

Manage inventory, suppliers, and food cost control
Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a chef or Head Chef role
