Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen was founded to introduce valued customers to delicious and nutritious Vietnamese cuisine. Ganh’s delicacies are prepared by the hands of Vietnamese descendants with a love for culinary and attention to detail while choosing nourishing ingredients for the customers. Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen is not only a place to experience unique Vietnamese dishes but also a spot where customers can share cosy meals with family, friends and partners.

The founder of Ganh has limitless inspiration from Vietnamese cuisine, from childhood dishes to exquisite dishes for special guest and holidays. Each dishes features a variaty of spices, with special dedicated sauces. Customers can try a small bowl of dipping sauce that incorporates saltiness, spiciness, sweetness and sourness. 

Vietnamese expatriates and foreigners who have been to Vietnam will always remember the image of mossy streets and women street vendors carrying twin baskets suspended from shoulder poles. Street vending is their whole careers to keep the family happy and to ensure their children have a good education. That's how they express love to their family and the next generation.

Ms Ganh's family, like many other Vietnamese working families, shares a similar tale. Her success and education are thanks to her father’s merit, her mother’s devotion, her grandmother’s affection, and her great-grandmother’s saving. Like a stream of water that always flows back to its roots, Ms Ganh founded Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen in Vancouver as a tribute to the previous generation and to bring the sincerity of Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
